  The cermet composite lining plate for ball mill is a kind of lining plate for ball mill jointly developed by the technicians of the provincial engineering research and development center of our company and the material College of Taiyuan University of science and technology. It is 40% lighter than the original ball mill high manganese steel, saving about2 degrees of electricity per ton of cement produced. Because of the use of metal composite ceramics, the wear resistance is significantly improved, and the service life can be increased by about 1-2 years. It is a new type of functional liner instead of high manganese steel liner. It is an ideal product for cement enterprises to save energy and reduce consumption and improve cement quality.

Structural mode

    The ceramic lining plate adopts the structure of metal inlaid ceramic, and its shape and installation mode are completely consistent with the original metal lining plate of the mill. It has the unique performance of light weight, high strength, high wear resistance, no pollution, convenient installation and disassembly. Ceramic lining plate, with its unique structure, is especially suitable for the grinding bin of ball mill. Compared with the original metal lining plate, the installation weight is reduced by 30-42%, and the service life is increased by about 1-2 years compared with the high chromium lining plate.
