PF-1016 Organic Wear-Resistant Ceramic Clay
PF- 1016 organic wear-resistant ceramic clay uses a combination of high temperature,high strength organic gelling materials and corundum ceramics as quick body wear repairs material.lt’s mainly applied to the pulverized coal rotor scales,all kinds of dust pipe,such us pulverized coal inlet and outlet ,the shedding of ceramic tiles and mosaics repaires and other parts of the anti-corrosion and anti-wear treatment.lt' s convenient,fast and easy to construct。
The Clay is a two-component modified epoxy resin materlals.

Construction method :
Step 1.Substrate processing
The effect of organic wear resistant ceramic clay depends not only on the quality itself,but also on the quality of the construction of the substrate cleaning. Thoroughly remove the old paint film,rust,oil stain, oxide scale..etc on the substrate before painting. The specific requirements are as follows:
(1)Use shot peening or spray derusting, the quality should reach Sa2.5 grade.(GB8923-88)
(2)|f using manual rust removal, the quality should reach St3 grade. (GB8923 -88)
(3)Before painting remove oil, dirt, and other impurities from the surface. The clean plate needs to be painted in time to prevent it from re-rusting(it no need be painted the wear layer if it' s applied within 24h)
Step 2.Mix the organic wear-resistant ceramic clay
(1)If the organic wera-resistant ceramic clay is left for a long time, it needs to be fully Stirred before use to avoid the precipitation may occur.
(2)Take the appropriate amount of clay from Barrel A and Barrel B according to the same proportion of 1:1 .Note that the clay barrel plastic tool for barrel A and B is forbidden to mix to prevent premature curing reaction.
(3) Fully stir on the flat plate for preparing construction.
Step 3.Coating processing
The use of manual brushing,smearing,press into construction. The coating’thickness
keep the same and meet the specified request. No air bag,No leakage and No sagging
(1)The product needs to be stored in a cool,ventilated and dry environment.
(2)Once the two sets of clay are mixed,they must be used up once.Otherwise it' s easy to cure and lose efficacy especially in the summer.
(3)After the clay is stored for a certain period of time,the precipitation will be happened and It can be used only after stirred for serveral times.
