  3. Put the liner to be repaired on the construction platform of the surfacing welding site, and place it as horizontally as possible so that the working surface of the liner faces upward;

  4. Surfacing electrode: such as tdmn (180) or tdcrmn (220), low hydrogen electrode;

  5. Repair the working surface, remove welding slag and other debris and burrs around the liner. Manual arc can be used for surfacing, and it is best to be welded by highly skilled and skilled workers;

  6. The surfacing procedure first surfacing the steel surfacing layer, then surfacing the combined surfacing layer, and finally surfacing the wear-resistant alloy surfacing layer. This multi-layer surfacing method can be used to repair the non-alloy steel cone ball mill lining board , Grinding head liner and other parts. The surfacing welding is divided into many narrow sections, and the layered surfacing welding is carried out in sequence. The final surfacing welding should be based on the original design of the working surface shape of the liner (such as stepped, wavy liner, etc.), and it must be smooth and flat to minimize the amount of trimming.
